Raphael Laventure

Originally from Périgueux in the Dordogne, Raphaël Laventure born in 1986 has been living on the island of Ibiza (Balearic Islands) since 2014.

Emotion is the main attribute found in each of his works, especially the notion of "happiness" which has become over the years the central point of his artistic research, both pictorial and sculptural. Creator of the "BORN TO BE HAPPY ®" movement, his creations are like a cry from the heart, a call to the whole world to be happy without restriction. For Raphaël Laventure, creation is like a love story, at its most intense and magical. Driven by his multiple passions such as fashion, design, and travel, his works are in his image: sparkling with life. Music is also essential to his creative process, it is a stimulant and energizer that influences the way he conceives his works. The festive and paradisiacal island of Ibiza is for Raphaël an inexhaustible well of inspiration, it is here that "BORN TO BE HAPPY ®" was born as evidence.

Painter of joy, the artist carries within him the joy of living, this feeling that each of us has, and that Raphaël Laventure decided to release in the name of Universal Happiness and the right of everyone to be happy, by giving life to his universe "BORN TO BE HAPPY ®".
