Create an account as an individual
With the creation of an account on Design By Jaler you can access multiple advantages such as adding items to your wishlist, accessing your order history, being informed of promotions and news. To do so, click on “Connect/ Sign In” at the top right of the site.

Create an account as a Professional
Whether you are an architect, decorator or retailer, you have the possibility to create a pro account on Design By Jaler, by clicking on "Trade Professional Application" at the top right of the site. The Pro Space will allow you to access exclusive features such as the creation of quotes, shopping list, and preferential prices.

If I am a reseller, can I request exclusivity on a product?
It will depend on the product selected, conditions will be put in place if exclusivity is accepted on this product.

How do you select the works offered for sale?
At Design By Jaler each artist is selected beforehand with specific criteria and with the help of our art advisors we select the works that represent our art house to please our customers. We moderate the content of course, and have the possibility of withdrawing works from the sale if their authenticity is questioned.

Do the works come with a certificate of authenticity?
All works for sale at Design By Jaler are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. In addition, all limited editions are numbered, signed and certified.

The work is no longer available, can I order a similar one?
Many of our artists accept orders, so if the work you like is no longer available for sale, don't hesitate to contact us, we'll make the necessary arrangements!

Are all the works presented on your site available for sale?
Not always because some works are sold quickly on our site! A message on the sheet of the work will indicate which has been sold. Do not hesitate to write us or call us, an art advisor will be able to propose you other works by our artists which are not yet on the site. Also some of our artists accept orders.

Is it possible to have a work framed? If so, what are your conditions?
Absolutely. Sometimes the artist has already provided a frame, of which we can send you photos. If the work is not framed, you can specify at the time of purchase that you wish to frame the work. We will find the perfect frame for you.

Who pays for the framing?
When the work is indicated as framed, then the frame is an integral part of the work and its price is already integrated in the price of the work. When the work is not framed, Design By Jaler offers the framing as an extra charge and it will be billed to you in addition to the price of the work.

The installation of the works at your place:
Design By Jaler offers its customers a "turnkey", when purchasing a work you have the option of installing it at home or in your business. A specialist will bring the work to you and install it for you. This option will be billed to you in addition to the cost of the artwork.

Is Click&Collect possible?
Sure! This service is offered and available in our Parisian Showroom. You can pick up the works ordered via the website. This service is available for some products when you choose the delivery method while placing your order.
You will receive an e-mail to confirm the arrival of your order at the showroom.

Would an Art Advisor be there to advise me in the choice of a work to make a gift?
Of course it is a great idea to give a work of art as a gift! However, it is not easy to choose a piece of art for another person, even if you know them well. There are two options for giving a unique gift: we talk about the tastes and the place of life of the person to whom you want to offer a work, and we offer a selection within your budget. Another option: you offer a Gift Card of the amount of your choice.

I can't use my gift card, what should I do?
Don't panic! You can call us at + 33 9 63 68 48 57 and be put in touch with our sales department. Our advisers can help you use the gift card on the site.

How do I know if you have works by the artist I am looking for?
If you have an artist's name in mind, you can search for it on our Artists page where our 45 French and International contemporary artists are listed. If no result appears, leave us your contact information.

What is the purpose of the "add to wishlist" section when I click on a work?
By clicking on this section, you will be able to group the works you like as you browse. You will then be able to find them grouped together on a single page. To save your list of favourites and find them on another device, we recommend that you create an account.

How do I check the dimensions of the artwork?
The dimensions of the works are indicated on the page of the work. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us, that's why we are here and we can send you additional visuals to help you understand the dimensions of the work more concretely.

Does the image presented on the site represent the work exactly?
The image you see on the site is a faithful representation of the work presented, but has no contractual value. We can send you additional visuals of the work on request.

How to order on Design By Jaler?
To buy a work in real time, you have to click on the "add to cart" button which is on all the pages of the works. You will then be redirected to the Shopping Cart. Once the Shopping Cart is validated, we will ask you to specify your details to organize the delivery, then to choose your method of payment (credit cards, Paypal, call us for a bank transfer). As soon as the payment has been done, you will receive a confirmation from our payment provider. We will then call you in no time to confirm receipt of your payment.

Can I pay in several installments?
Payment in 4 installments free of charge is available via Paypal under conditions*.

What happens once the payment is made?
Once the payment has been made, the work is reserved for you! We call you quickly to confirm its availability and the delivery time (delivery within 7 days on average). We then define together the ideal day of delivery to the address you indicated during the payment.

How are the works packaged?
The works are packaged by us, following a standardized packaging process. We choose the appropriate packaging before shipping and take precautions to ensure that the work is as well protected as possible.

What is the delivery time?
We see an average delivery time of 7 days in France and 2 weeks internationally after payment, which takes into account the packaging time and the shipping itself. Depending on the availability of the artist, a potential framing and especially the journey between the artist's studio and your home, this period may vary. Whatever happens, we will keep you informed as we go along.

Who takes care of the delivery?
Depending on the country of destination and the size of the work, we use carriers such as DHL or UPS or carriers specializing in artistic goods.

What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver all over the world.

How much does it cost to ship the artwork?
Shipping costs vary depending on the artwork and the destination. Do not hesitate to contact us at + 33 9 63 68 48 57 if you wish to know the shipping cost of a particular product.

Is the artwork insured during delivery?
Absolutely! Design By Jaler organizes and insures the transport of the work. You don't have to worry about anything and there are no hidden costs.

If I order several works, are they delivered at the same time?
If the chosen works are available in the showroom, then they will be delivered at the same time. On the other hand, if a work is in progress or to be ordered, their delivery date will be a priori different. However, if you have a constraint and need the works to arrive at the same place at the same time, please let us know and we will organize the transport accordingly.

Can I have the artwork delivered to another country or to another person?
We will deliver to the address you indicate when you place your order. Generally we arrange the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whom you indicate to us. If it is a surprise or a gift, let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements!

Returns
Our goal is of course that your Design By Jaler experience gives you full satisfaction. But we can't foresee everything... Some possible cases:

I have changed my mind or I no longer like the artwork...What should I do?
It is very sad, but it happens! You have 14 days after receipt of the work to inform us of your decision. We organize and pay for the return of the artwork. You will be refunded the purchase price once the artwork has been returned to its destination. In case of return following a withdrawal, you are responsible for the packaging of the artwork.

The artwork arrives damaged at my home, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Also take pictures to show us the current state of the artwork and make the best decision. Depending on the severity of the estimated damage, either we can restore the work or the work will be sent back for destruction and you will be reimbursed. Design By Jaler will of course take care of the repair and transport costs in case of damage during delivery.

How is the refund going?
You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to Design By Jaler.

Can I return a work ordered online to the store?
Yes, you can either drop off the artwork at the Showroom (address: 51, Avenue Daumesnil, 75012 PARIS), or send it back to the same address.
